Hi,

There are a lot of translatable ""s in parley.kcfg. Are they
visible to the user? It seems that they are not shown in the Parley
GUI.

Snippet from parley.kcfg:

If true, a backup is saved every BackupTime minutes
      <default>false</default>

Time interval between two automatic backups
      <default>15</default>

So, is it useful to translate strings "If true, a backup is saved
every BackupTime minutes" and "Time interval between two automatic
backups", or it's a waste of time?
