There are some teams not responding so far or not active in documentation 
translation like:

gl(34 4.5/trunk 33), ja(3 4.5/trunk 3), no docs commit since > 18 months

cs(12 4.5/trunk 12), en_GB(119 4.5/trunk 119), hu(45 4.5/trunk 45), ko(1 
4.5/trunk 1), nb(17 4.5/trunk 17), nn(6 4.5/trunk 6), ro(58 4.5/trunk 58), 
sl(6 4.5/trunk 6), tr(5 4.5/trunk 5), wa(2 4.5/trunk 2), xh(51 4.5/trun k46), 
zh_TW(26 4.5/trunk 26) no docs commit since > 2 years

I'd like to clean up the obsolete docbooks and generate their language 
docbooks within one week.
