It is unfortunate that & is the accelerator marker in Qt, but such as it is,
the rule is this: single raw & in proper accelerator marker position is
allowed, and all other & that are not entity starters must be written as
&. So, the equivalent of the example above would be:
Insert &replacing "<" with "&&lt;"
(One *could* write even the accelerator marker as &, to have it really
really clean, but that would be going a bit overboard.)
