As of now, ktorrent and libktorrent are in string freeze for the 4.0
release of ktorrent and the 1.0 release of libktorrent. Release is
scheduled for the 16th of may (2 weeks from now). The translations
from the stable branch have been updated with those from trunk.

If more time is required to do the translations, please let me know.
