it might be helpful to have XML markers for such text.
<literal> is too strong, but maybe something like 
<technical> or <internal> - the translators could then
decide not to translate this.

I just wanted to check if such a beast exists but the links
at http://l10n.kde.org/docs/ are broken like
http://l10n.kde.org/docs/markup/index.html
