What about commenting the outdated stuff adding something like "outdated in 
version x.y.z" and file a bug in such a case?

* you don't waste your time translating obsolete docs

* our users are not bothered/confused and can direktly search help on 
userbase/forum/mailingslist

Better no docs than wrong and obsolete stuff.
