I still experience same problem. Curious thing is that there is no problem 
when entering some directory (e.g. extragear-graphics, kdesdk or whatever 
else) and svn up works correctly; but it does not when i give svn up in parent 
directory "documentation". I doubt it's problem with my bandwidth or something 
but have no clue what the real cause is...
