Some unclear strings in kinfocenter.po; Googling these terms hasn't
been much help.   Can anyone clarify?

"Ev Buffer Size"

"Ext Number"

"Spectype:"

If I knew what English words "Ev", "Ext", "Spec" corresponded to here,
I could at least fake good translations.
