what about adding 'rate' links to each doc section, pointing to the
online extended version of the doc @ docs.kde.org?
and also in the same way 'add a note' links -- like in php-doc --
http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.basic-syntax.php
then php-doc@ mailinglist recieves rating of the most actively
commented sections suggesting that indicates they could be improved,

notes also should be rate-able. alternatively notes may be implemented
in a wiki-style on a separate pages ('discussion').
