One question and typo in kdebase/powerdevil:

#. i18n: file: kcmodule/capabilitiesPage.ui:179

XSync is a system that allows high efficiency query of the system. If it is
available, PowerDevil will be much more reliable and efficient

"system that allows... query of the system". May be it will be better to  
use "tool" or "backend"?
