Hi. I added support for mounting vfat (e.g. usb flash) filessystems
with codepage based on the current locale:
it is 855 for Russian (+Ukrainian, +Byelorussian, +Bulgarian) and 850
for western European languages:

(you'll find the switch statement in the end of file)
Please test it for your language by mounting usb flash with filenames
containing your national alphabet:
sudo mount -t vfat -o codepage=855,iocharset=utf8 /dev/sdb1 /media/sdb1
(this command is for cyrillic languages) and report me back so that
we'll have proper mounting in KDE4
