Actually second possibility seems less problematic, i'm not sure of 
implications of the first but probably would mean you need to change some 
desktop files, etc.

Another probablility would be using KGlobal::locale->insertCatalog but i'd go 
with the second, should i proceed or do you want to do it yourself?
