I monitor changes in templates/, and when Albert or someone else moves a
branch catalog for all languages, I follow with moving the corresponding
summit catalog for all languages that have them.

The summit is normally following the trunk branch wrt. position of catalogs,
but this is just a convention. Summit operations identify catalogs by their
PO name, so if a catalog is in different module between stable and trunk, no
problem. (This also means that summit catalogs are unique, two same-named
catalogs in different modules cannot happen.)

Untill now I was only moving the catalogs, but there is no reason why I
couldn't also update the spec file for process_orphans.sh from now on.
It ought to work, same as with branch catalogs.
