Thanks everyone.
In fact I have now realized that there is a solution for doing it the right way
after all - merging the dolphin-specific view modes and the view modes coming from other
parts into the same "View Mode" menu. I think this is more what people expect; hiding
the implementation detail that dolphin implements three of those modes.

So I won't need one new string in konqueror, but, hmm, three in dolphinpart.desktop:
"Icons", "Details", and "Columns", which are in dolphin itself already but not 
in the .po file that affects dolphinpart.desktop I think (kdebase-apps I guess).
Anyway I assume that "We aren't near the release of kde 4.0.2" applies to that solution
too and will proceed unless there are objections, once the new solution is ready.
