It says "anon" there, meaning anonymous :-)
You need an account if you want to write to the repository.

Please provide an encrypted password or public ssh key, as explained in
http://techbase.kde.org/Contribute/Get_a_SVN_Account

It will still do nothing though. You'll have to "svn mkdir ml" to create
the folder.
