This is not the case here. He has a PO-file, where the _source_ message is
duplicate.

Not on the KDE-side. But some tools may create such failures. Either someone
uses a defective script for some reason, or the translation tools breaks the
PO file (some tools seem to be unable to handle the new msgctxt feature).
