According to
http://websvn.kde.org/branches/stable/l10n/templates/docmessages/extragear-network/kmldonkey.pot
the template was copied 13 months ago and not changed since then.
So I suppose that somebody would have to ask the KMLDonkey developers (or the
corresponding document writer(s)).
