For now we have not changed. So trunk/l10n is currently undefined
(or so I would call the current state) but still more on the KDE3 side.

The current state is potentially a problem for KOffice, which is going to be 
in message freeze in around two months according to the release plan.
(And also for stable extragears too. However I suppose that kdenonbeta, the 
playgrounds and kdereview can live without Scripty for a few months.)
