Mainly, fixing the original documentation is not a matter for translator and 
therefore a little off-topic for this mailing list.

Traditionally Lauri Watts collects patches for documentation during 
documentation fixes. The advantage of a bug report is that it is visible for 
everybody and will not be forgotten in the archive of some mailing list (for 
example kde-doc-english .)

No, message freeze is going to be for the whole 3.5.x, especially for 
documentations, due to the translation constraint. (Everything of a 
documentation must be translated or the documentation remains untranslated.)

Well, KDE 3.5.x is already supposed to be the extra releases of the KDE3 
series.

But see also Lauri Watts's email of the 4th October, proposing to create a 
branch for updated KDE 3.5.x documentation. (However I do not know how such a 
documentation will be translated.)
