Maybe putting the preposition with the name of the country would help, for
example :

Linz is the capital...
of Carinthia
of Upper Austria
of Vienna
of Burgenland

This would work at least for french.

Or maybe something like "Of which country is Linz the capital ?"

And maybe use variables, like "%1 is the capital...", to reduce the number of
strings...
