I agree, but the translator agreement of IRMA is an issue between linspire and 
it's irma-translators, not between linspire and kde.

If i'm correct, the only issue for kde is the fact that the translations 
should be released with a GPL/LGPL (whatever is appropiate in this case) 
license.
