Hi Nicolas,

The problem is that I backported an i18n fix (the most important part was 
changing "neighbouring" from UK/AU spelling to the US "neighboring") but I 
was asked to revert until I got approval from kde-i18n-doc.

I reverted but I haven't heard anything from kde-i18n-doc for a while, so I'm 
asking if I can proceed with the original commit (which changed 
"neighbouring" to US spelling)?

KDE 3.4.1 is coming up real soon and I would like to see this fix in.

The commit below is the _reversion_ of the commit I would like to see.
