The problem here is that most translators do not have write permissions
on cvs. Many of them tend to work local and then send this version
to one of the team members with write permission. So it is often left
to this two or three people to watch cvs for fuzzies an fixing them.

The usual way to solve cvs conflicts in translations is to replace the 
current version in cvs with the version we get from the translator even
if it is outdated at that time.
