Sorry but I am the current release manager for KOffice 1.3.x, mainly because 
LukᨠTinkl had not enough time anymore.

For a new language in KOFFICE_1_3_BRANCH, it is now too late, especially that 
there is not any guarantee that there will be a KOffice 1.3.6.
