Tarballs are created by maintainer. Lukas Tinkl works as KOffice 1.3.x
release coordinator.

In order to sure your efforts are confirmed, you should contact your
team leader to commit it into correct branch of cvs.

I'm not sure whether the next release of KOffice will be 1.3.6 or 1.4.0.
Ask koffice team.
