They are absolutely not supposed to be translated, actually. However, some 
developer _might_ put in an entity too many, that should be translated 
instead. In that case, contact the developer and tell him to stop using the 
entity. Chances are, if you have such a problem, there is probably another 
language somewhere that would have it too.

_Some_ entities (not &kcontrolcenter; though) are defined in user.entities, 
which is buried in some subdirectory of kdelibs. I don't have access to a cvs 
repository other than webcvs, but you can rund "find . -name user.entities".
