Sorbian is a language spoken by a small population in Germany, along the 
Polish border. (The language itself is a Slavic language.)

As for the separation between Upper and Lower, sorry, I do not know. However I 
suppose that the limit is a little more complex than just being the political 
border between Saxony and Brandebourg. (To avoid a misunderstanding: they are 
*not* the standard language of these 2 Länder. But the Sorbian population 
lives in these 2 Länder.)

As far as I know, Serbian can be written in Latin characters. (The KDE 
translation was done by automatical translitaration, as far as I know.)
