That is not a choice we have. It would be far too complicated to translate 
programs at the most opportune time, so I just translate what is there. It 
does lead to a lot of waste, but so does translating regular programs. I can 
not count how often I have added ... or removed ... or removed a fuzzy 
because don't was changed to do not and the translation was perfectly ok. It 
leads to a lot of extra work that the people who write the programs often do 
not speak English so well. I don't think there is much to do about that. 
Wothout kbabel it would not be possible, but the diff function and 
translation database really helps a lot.
