That would be the solution for this problem I guess. As I want to focus on the
Dutch translation and have no experience with this type of changes in the
docbook, I'm unable to look at this solution at this moment.
But a patch for deletion of the titles should not be that much work, so if you
would like a patch for that I would be happy to provide that...
