Well I'm sorry if I'll sound a bit harsh but developing OSS is nothing 
personal - you're working in group with other people! You don't really want 
to upset the hard working translators by saying "this version will include no 
transaltions".

Caught yourself :-) You said you were going to release the translations at a 
later point and now you state you'll have no time :) So who's going to do it? 
On the other hand, since you don't work alone on K3b, the release can be done 
by somebody else, can't it?
