Is there any chance that someone with write access could correct the non-UTF8 
characters in many of the placenames in KStars?  They tend to keep throwing 
up fuzzies periodically, even though the translations are using UTF8 
characters.  If someone can do this, I can give you a list of the placenames 
concerned.
