Hi,
I've tagged KOFFICE_1_3_RELEASE today and created the appropriate branch. 
However, as we decided not to release the final version before Xmas, here's 
how we proceed:
- - CVS HEAD is open again to feature commits, aiming at 2.0 release
- - all relevant bugfixes have to be backported to the "stable" branch
- - we will release 1.3 in mid January next year (b/c of "marketing" issues)
- - Waldo is writing the press release

Right now, I'll release an "xmas preview", aka KOffice 1.3 RC2.

As Nicolas already informed the translators, they have to work in the 
KOFFICE_1_3_BRANCH (which gives them some extra time to finish the 
translations during the xmas holidays).
