One thing is that the GPL notice in English is legally binding. Another 
thing is that some users may not be able to understand the GPL notice in 
English. Isn't it possible to simply have a translated version, which in 
the very first line refers to the original English version?

regner med og håber på at jeg til sommer finder tid til igen at arbejde 
på KDE-oversættelserne.
