Yes, right. Those strings are missing from the .po files, because they are 
stored outside of the source files, in so called "user definable toolbar" 
files. You are right that they should be translated, but I completely forgot 
about those. :-( The problem is that I need some help to gather the strings 
from there. They are in the quanta/quanta/data/toolbars/xml_language_name/
*.toolbar.tgz. Each .tgz file contains a .toolbar XML file (DTD = 
kpartgui.dtd) and a .actions XML file with a list of actions on that toolbar. 
- From the first the "tabname" attribute of the <ToolBar> tag should be 
translated, and in the case of .actions file the "text" attribute of the 
<action> tags and the content of the <tooltip> tags. 
 I will add support in the code so i18n() is used.
This will generate some new strings in the .po file. :-(
