Hi Lars,
 
I found that qt 3.1 handle arabic better than qt 3.2b.

The test was made with the following kword file:

3.1 rendered it like this

And here's the 3.2b version

Text becomes unreadable when using 'harakat'.

Accelerators in the menu make the characters disconnected:

The only improvement that I noticed is printing. Now I can print to a ps
