I cannot download kde-i18n from anonymous CVS.

$ cvs co kde-i18n/
cvs checkout: in directory .:
cvs [checkout aborted]: *PANIC* administration files missing

I can download other packages.

The problem is the same on the mirrors and in KDE 3.1 branch.

Did I do something wrong or is there a real problem ?
