Hello,

  As Pedro Morais pointed yesterday, the last msgmerge in KDE_3_1_BRANCH shows 
some problems. The new fuzzies in some files of kdeedu and kdemultimedia 
(there may be more cases in other modules) which contained strings with 
vowels with accents have lost these vowels.

  Can these changes be reverted, or fixed please?.
