Ok, so what branches should we translate now?
I'm assuming the following:

Apps:

- (basedir == kdelibs), kdeaddons, kdeadmin, kdeartwork, kdebase, kdeedu,
  kdegames, kdegraphics, kdemultimedia, kdenetwork, kdepim,
  kdesdk, kdetoys:
  KDE_3_1_BRANCH, so that they are included on KDE 3.1.x releases

- kdekiosk, kdenonbeta, others:
  HEAD, and in reality they should be DELETED from KDE_3_1_BRANCH
  so that nobody's confused

- kdesdk/quanta.po:
  HEAD or BRANCH?

- kdesdk/kdevelop.po:
  HEAD or BRANCH?

- kdeextragear-1:
  HEAD or BRANCH?

Docs:

- kdeaddons, kdeadmin, kdebase, kdeedu, kdegames, kdegraphics, kdelibs,

I do think that HEAD-only translations should be deleted from the BRANCH.
