I'm not sure about this, but KOffice 1.2 used translation from HEAD, not
from KDE_3_0_BRANCH.
If you take translations from KDE_3_0_BRANCH, you get translations older
than that released with KOffice 1.2, at least for Italian.

This leads to the question: where does KOffice1.2 branch live?

So it looks like you are using HEAD? Then you should take translations
from HEAD, no?
I can't understand CVS very well, sorry...
