KBabel in HEAD supports updating the header (Andrea's original post shows
an automatically updated header). As to FSF copyright, you can leave it
untouched, update years or, if it is still a template (the year is not
filled in), it can be removed.

I'd like to wait for some kind of "official" copyright text just to see,
which macros are needed. The minor problem is that KBabel cannot use the
KDE copyright as a default, since a lot of people (like me) use it for
different projects as well. (ATM, don't ask me for the full project
support = file structure, accelerator character, encoding, etc)

As to correcting all files - IMHO this should be done on CVS server and
the template files can be generated using --copyright-holder or
--foreign-user of xgettext.
