Hi!

Can we get a list of locale names into common_texts.cpp?

I think we need at least two different lists:

1. Countries (KControl + quite handy)
2. Languages (KControl + kspell + kdegames/kdeedu)

Keyboards seems to be rather local to kxkb + kcmlayout.
