Right, so to be able to run xml_update in HEAD, after changing to the
new FPI, the removed general entities need to be added as language
specific ones. Is it OK to do this at the end of "lang.entities" for each
language?

For example, like this for Swedish (just before the last entity) in the file
"kdelibs/kdoctools/customization/sv/lang.entities":

  <!-- The following are localised after version number change in the fpi -->
  <!-- Used to be in kdoctools/customization/entities/general.entities -->
  <!ENTITY Alt	"<keycap>Alt</keycap>">
  <!ENTITY Backspace	"<keycap>Backsteg</keycap>">
  <!ENTITY Ctrl	"<keycap>Ctrl</keycap>">
  <!ENTITY Esc	"<keycap>Esc</keycap>">
  <!ENTITY Shift	"<keycap>Skift</keycap>">

This change makes xml_update work again here.

Alternatively, the above could be put into "user.entities", if that would
be better.

Comments?
