No. The same is true in Swedish, where half past 1 = halv 1, and 
twenty five past 1 = fem i halv 2. The correct translations are:

"half past %0"
"half %1"

"twenty five past %0"
"vijf voor half %1"

and so on. This works because the program replaces %0 with the
current hour, and %1 with the following hour. This is really smart,
but not easy to find out (without looking at the source code).

It was sort of annoying being an hour late because the clock said
"Halv fyra" instead of "Halv fem"...
