Hi translators!

I'd like to know how much of a problem the attached patch is. It changes
quite a few strings for KMail in kdenetwork, but only by
1. moving the ampersand (&) to fix accelerator clashes in menus and
dialogs
2. adding an amperand (&) to fix menu entries and dialog widgets that
don't have one
3. changing captialization to sentence-style in a few dialogs (btw: does
sentence-style also hold for button labels?)

Strictly speaking, this is a bug fix. But if any of those is a great
pain for you, speak up!

For the KMail people: The other things that this patch does:
1. The "check what the server supports" button has now se instead of nw
gravity. I think that corresponds better to the KDE standard dialogs
(ie. KDialogBase).
2. In the folder dialog, the labels for mailing list and expiring are
also disabled if the checkbox for that feature isn't checked.

Marc
