defaultprogress.cpp-    speedLabel->setText( i18n( "Stalled") );
defaultprogress.cpp-  } else {
defaultprogress.cpp:    QTime remaining = KIO::calculateRemaining( m_iTotalSize, \
m_iProcessedSize, bytes_per_second ); defaultprogress.cpp-    speedLabel->setText( \
i18n( "%1/s ( %2 remaining )").arg( KIO::convertSize( bytes_per_second )).arg( \
remaining.toString() ) ); defaultprogress.cpp-  }

It's definitely translated, look for "%1/s ( %2 remaining )".

(And the same in uiserver.cpp:     tmps = i18n( "%1/s").arg( KIO::convertSize( \
m_iSpeed )); but that one only appears if you enable "show all network operations in \
a single window")
