Bé.
Tot i que «enviar» és «send», i per tant si es vol (o cal) diferenciar «send»
de «dispatch» la frase de marres es podria traduir per:
"Agent tramitador de correu»
Perquè «trametredor (?) del verb «trametre», ho trobo massa forçat i no sé si
és correcte.
