Hello, I sent the following message to wuebben@kde.org. However, i have
not heard anything yet. If any of you have personal contact, could you
check out whether he is interested in my offer? 

The message is as follows:

I am very much interested in the KDE project. I have installed the KDE on
my system and visited your homepage frequently to find out more about the
KDE. In the meantime, I found out that your org. has been trying to draw
attention from a variety of international users; to that end, your org.
has wanted to translate the main homepage into various languages. If you
have not found a proper person for the Korean language site, I would like
to volunteer to translate the homepage into my mother tongue, Korean.
 
Briefly introducing myself, I am a native Korean. Currently, I am
attending the University of Arkansas as a graduate CS major in the United
States. While in college, I have translated many english-written articles      
into Korean, working for PC-World Korea. Furthermore, I have experienced
setting up many homepages. I have sufficient knowledge to tackle many
technical issues that might occure while translating the homepage into
Korean. I suppose that I am the right person for making a Korean homepage.
 
I would look forward to your response to my volunteership.
