Subject:    Anyone working on Japanese translations?

I have looked through the KDE homepages and it seems that nobody is working
on Japanese translations of KDE.  Although I'm not Japanese, I'm currently
studying in Japan and use Japanese on a daily basis.  If there is really no
one working on it, I'd like to offer my help.  But as I'm not a native
Japanese, the translations would probably be a bit on the rough side....
