Should I even dare to ask about a GUI implementation for this? Last night I
added a popup to KMonop, RMB on any estate gives you the options to
(un)mortgage it and buy/sell houses/hotels. Sweet.

Hm, come to think of it, there is a Python DCOP binding so it should be
possible. :-)
