That seems a bit dishonest/confusing, since the committer really had
nothing to do with that commit. Personally, I think using
cvs2svn@kde.org makes sense. As Nicolás said, just ask the sysadmin to
add a hook exception. The last time I did it, it took them literally
60 seconds.
